What happens after I submit a report online?

The appropriate investigation group will review your concern or question and get back to you within four to five business days to follow-up. When you submit the report, you will be issued a Report Key. Please write it down and keep it in a safe place. Use this Report Key along with the password you create to return to the online reporting tool website or the Ethics Helpline at 1-855-FOR-ETHX (1-855-367-3849).

What should I do if I lose my Report Key?

Because of the high level of security that is maintained for these reports, if you lose your report key you will need to file a new report. Mention in the new report that it is related to a report you previously filed.

The best and easiest way to report your concerns is to call the Ethics Helpline at 1-855-FORETHX (1-855-367-3849). A specially trained operator will confidentially document your concern for you and make sure all the important details are included.
